Argon gas release injures man at Bay City facility

(09/01/14) - A 47-year-old man is hospitalized following an incident involving argon gas.The Bay City Fire Chief tells us the man was found unresponsive, but breathing, at the Mersen USA plant in the 900 block of Harrison Street.A fellow employee found he man, and called 911.When emergency responders arrived they quickly called for more help, after suspecting some sort of chemical release.Investigators have since determined the man was replacing a piece of equipment in a furnace room when the... (09/01/14)A man has been shot in the city of Flint. The shooting happened just before 8 this morning in the 6-hundred block of Wolcott. Police have very little information, but say the victim appears to be in his 30's. After being shot, the victim drove himself to the Hurley Medical Center. He is in critical condition. 25-year-old man killed in Midland County accident Video included

(09/01/14)A 25 year old male is dead after an accident in Midland County. The accident happened Sunday night just after 10:30 on Nielson Road in Lee Township. The vehicle crossed the center line and hit an unoccupied vehicle on side of the road. When the driver veered back onto the road he hit a mailbox and then lost control- rolling over in a ditch. 44-year-old man in hospital for life threatening injuries in Sanilac County

A 44 year old man was stabbed just before one Saturday morning. He was taken to Port Huron Hospital with life threatening injuries.
