FLINT (WJRT) - (03-13-18) - Kettering University canceled classes Tuesday as it investigates racist graffiti and reported threats.

The school says the four incidents started last Thursday when racist graffiti was found in a restroom inside Thompson Hall. Investigators say it included the names of African American students.

Kettering says more graffiti was found Sunday. And on Monday morning, a threatening note was reportedly slipped under a dorm room door. A fourth incident happened later in the day.

The school's campus safety department is investigating and has been in contact with Flint police.
