American Airlines adding new flights between Flint and Chicago

FLINT (WJRT) (12/18/2017) - American Airlines is adding an additional roundtrip flights between Flint and Chicago beginning in May.

The airline plans to begin operating an additional 50-seat jet between Bishop International Airport and Chicago-O'Hare International Airport.

The new flights beginning May 18 will depart O'Hare at 11:45 a.m. Central and arrive at Bishop at 1:15 p.m. Eastern, then depart Bishop at 3:10 p.m. Eastern and arrive at O'Hare at 3:15 p.m. Central.

Tickets for the new flights already are on sale at www.aa.com. The flights represent a 25 percent increase in capacity from American Airlines flying in and out of Bishop.

“This has been a fantastic year for American at Bishop Airport,” said Airport Director Craig Williams.

American already added first-class seats to the first departing and last arriving flights at Bishop this year.
