FLINT (WJRT) (12/18/2017) - Testimony continued Monday in a preliminary hearing for Dr. John Tomlinson, a hypnotherapist accused of sexually assaulting a client.
A nurse who examined Tomlinson's patient after the alleged assault testified that the woman complained of soreness in the area near her nose and jaw, and inside her legs. The nurse also said the woman's voice was horse, which could indicate strangulation.
The 45-year-old victim claims Tomlinson sexually assaulted her while she was hypnotized in his Grand Blanc Township office.
When the hearing is complete, a judge will decide whether there is enough evidence for Tomlinson to stand trial on the charges.
