Judge set to hear cases of four men facing Flint water charges

FLINT (WJRT) - (06/19/2017) - A Genesee County Judge is scheduled to hear the cases of four men facing charges tied to Flint's water emergency.

Former emergency managers Darnell Earley and Jerry Ambrose, along with former city employees Howard Croft and Daughtery Johnson, were all charged last December.

Just last week, involuntary manslaughter charges were also announced against Earley and Croft.

It all stems from the December 2015 death of Robert Skidmore of Genesee Township. He died after getting Legionnaires' disease at McLaren Flint.

Nick Lyon, head of the state health department, Stephen Busch and Liane Shekter-Smith also face charges tied to his death.
