(07/21/11) -- You can hear some extraordinary young musicians perform tonight at the Midland Center for the Arts, or on Saturday at the Temple Theatre in Saginaw. These concerts by the Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp International Youth Symphony Orchestra are a fundraiser for a music program in Saginaw, whose goal is to help young people improve their academic performance by learning to play a string instrument. Karen Gatlin sat down recently with two women involved in the program. Click on the link below to watch the interview.
You can support the program financially by attending one of the concerts by Blue Lake International Youth Symphony Orchestra: Tonight at the Midland Center for the Arts, or Saturday at the Temple Theatre in Saginaw.
