While in Rochester, Ted covered Gov. Andrew Cuomo's first State of the State Address in Albany and major flooding in Binghamton the week after the remnants Hurricane Irene hit. He also covered the escape of two inmates from the Monroe County Jail from beginning to end when they were caught a week later.
Before WHEC, Ted was a reporter, producer, and anchor at our sister station, WENY in Elmira, for three-and-a-half years.
