TUSCOLA COUNTY (WJRT) -
(02/06/12) - A man texting and listening to his iPod while walking was hit by a truck in Tuscola County's Vassar Township.
State police say 23-year-old Shaun Spencer of Millington was hit by the pickup around 10 p.m. Sunday as he walked on the edge of Hanes Road near M-15.
He is in serious condition.
The driver of the truck was not hurt.
