BAY COUNTY (WJRT) -
(02/10/12) - Winter returned very quickly Friday, turning roadways to ice and leaving drivers slipping, sliding and crashing across Mid-Michigan.
There were dozens of accidents across our viewing area, including more than 100 in Bay County alone.
A stretch on North Bound 1-75 was closed for several hours while crews responded to a huge pile-up between M-84 and US-10.
The highway has since re-opened, but there were so many crashes, there weren't enough wreckers to go around.
