(02/22/12) - Wednesday afternoon, Saginaw County prosecutor Mike Thomas ruled the stabbing death of 34-year-old Rogelio Garza a case of justifiable homicide.
Investigators say Garza's teenage daughter was defending herself with a kitchen knife when she stabbed him at a house on State Street.
He died at the hospital a short time later.
Records show Garza had been charged with domestic violence last year for an assault on the same girl and another daughter.
