Prank could send Saginaw senior to prison

Posted: Updated:

(05/24/12) - A prank could possibly send a senior at the Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy to prison.

17-year-old Jordan Drake is charged with a felony count of adulterating or mis-branding a food item on May 15 at the school.

Police say the senior placed a "bodily fluid" in a mouthwash container and distributed it to classmates as a senior prank.

A classmate reported the incident to a school administrator, who called police.

The charge carries a maximum penalty of four years in prison.
