(07/03/12) - He's charged with abusing his girlfriend's son, 4-year-old Carnel Chamberlain, who was found dead under his Isabella County porch last week.
Anthony Bennett heads to federal court Tuesday.
But there is also a call to charge Carnel's mother.
More than 300 people have signed an online petition demanding the arrest of Jaimee Chamberlain.
The petition, which is on Change.org, accuses Chamberlain of knowing about her son's abuse, but not doing anything about it.
