
(07/09/12) - The fourth suspect in the smuggling of 120 pounds of marijuana last year into Flint's Bishop Airport was sentenced Monday morning in Saginaw's Circuit Court.
Rodrigo Rodriguez Jr. was sentenced to two years, six months to 20 years in prison.
In December, police arrested Rodriguez and three others after they were found with more than 120 pounds of marijuana inside four suitcases.
Earlier this year, charges were dropped against one of the suspects, another was sentenced to prison, and the other was sentenced to house arrest.
