HURON COUNTY (WJRT) -
(07/13/12) - In Huron County, DTE Energy Company is planning to close its Harbor Beach Power Plant.
The coal-fired facility was built in 1968, but the company is now dealing with new federal emissions standards.
The plant's 24 employees will be offered positions at other DTE locations.
