SAGINAW (WJRT) -
(07/13/12) - There is some good news for Saginaw residents.
The city has announced there will not be a water rate increase this year.
That's thanks to lower than projected water sales.
There is an estimated increase of 4 percent across the board for the next fiscal year, which starts in July of 2013.
