More than 1,000 were without power in Genesee County Tuesday mor - ABC 12 – WJRT – Flint, MI

(07/17/12) - It was a tough way to start one of the hottest days of the year - more 1,000 people in Genesee County were without power for about two hours Tuesday morning.

Consumers Energy says the outage happened as crews worked on a sub station in Flushing.

Most of the outages were west of downtown, in the city.

Consumers says all the power is now back on.
