FLUSHING (WJRT) -
(07/23/12) - A 14-month-old Flushing girl is dead after drowning in her family's pool.
It happened around 5:30 Friday night at a home in the 300 block of Primrose Lane.
Flushing Police Chief Mark Hoornstra says it appears the girl was playing with other kids outside and fell into the pool.
Hoornstra says her father, an off-duty Flint Township firefighter, and police officers all attempted CPR.
