(07/24/12) - The trial for a Flint teenager has been pushed back for a week.
Juwan Wickware was 16 at the time of pizza delivery man Michael Nettles' shooting death in April of 2010.
His case could have national implications.
A U.S. supreme court ruling says juveniles cannot face mandatory life in prison sentences.
Michigan currently allows those sentences.
A judge recently ruled the issue will have to be taken up at sentencing if Wickware is convicted.
