The allegations are alarming, and tonight, the investigation centered on a Mt. Morris couple, accused of violating their own infant daughter, continues.
MT MORRIS (WJRT) -
(07/24/12) - A Mt. Morris couple, charged in a sexual abuse case involving their infant daughter, is headed to trial.
Alisha Hall and her husband, Daniel, each face first degree criminal sexual conduct and child pornography charges.
Investigators say she recorded him sexually abusing their then six-month-old daughter.
Both Halls had previously been found competent to stand trial.
Tuesday, both waived their right to a preliminary exam in district court.
