FLINT (WJRT) -

(07/25/12) - Bath salts, loaded syringes and other drugs are all found while raiding a Huron County home. And investigators say one person was caught using one of those syringes when they started the bust.

It happened Tuesday afternoon on Joyce Drive in Verona Township. That's just east of Bad Axe.

Bath salts are now illegal, but the sheriff says they keep popping up in Huron County.

He thinks the residents of this home were big suppliers in the area.

Police say the home was littered with used, new and loaded syringes.

They have to run lab tests to be sure, but they believe they were loaded with a bath salt substance.

All in all, they found 50 grams of bath salts, prescription drugs, possible morphine, K2 and $1,000.

No arrests have been made yet but they expect to make some once lab results are complete.
