(07/27/12) - A well known member of the Flint community has died.
Reverend James Bettendorf died Wednesday at Genesys Hospice Care Center in Goodrich. He was 78.
Bettendorf served as a member of the Mott Community Board of Trustees for 22 years. He also led the congregation of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Flint for 50 years.
