FLINT (WJRT) -
(07/31/12) - We're learning more about the death of a young boy, found Tuesday morning at an apartment in Flint's Rosewood Manor.
Flint Police say it appears the child had a bathroom accident and the person watching the near 2-year-old, left him in the bathtub unattended.
Flint Police plan to seek charges against the person who was watching toddler and he is in custody.
Police declined to comment on the relationship between the caregiver and the boy.
