(08/03/12) - Michigan voters will decide whether to keep a law that sends powerful emergency managers into financially failing communities and school districts.
The Michigan Supreme Court ruled Friday afternoon, the referendum will appear on the November ballot.
Flint is one of several communities that has an emergency manager, working to fix the city's finances.
