FLINT (WJRT) -
(08/13/12) - A man is in custody, accused of strangling his girlfriend to death in Flint Monday morning.
Police say 30-year-old Angela Vance was killed by the her 40-year-old boyfriend at a home on Minnesota - at the corner of Missouri.
They were called before 4 Monday morning.
Police are seeking charges.
