(08/17/12) - Downtown Flint transformed into a Rocking Party Friday night.
The Spinners performed a live concert at 7 p.m. on Saginaw Street.
Even hours before the event, the crowds were already excited.
The streets also filled up fast with all types of cars - hot rods, classics, cruisers and more.
