MICHIGAN (WJRT) -
(09/05/12) - The recount is over and the outcome is the same.
Pam Faris is still the winner of the 48th State House District Democratic primary.
Patrick Gleason challenged the results after losing by 24 votes to Faris last month.
A short time ago, Gleason told ABC12 News the county clerk's office has finished the recount. This time, Faris won by 26 votes.
We are still waiting to get the final count confirmed by the county clerk.
