Milton Hall case topic of anti-violence rally

Posted: Updated:

(09/07/12) - Once again, the Saginaw community is putting pressure on City Hall.

They are demanding answers about the shooting death of Milton Hall. He's the homeless man who was shot and killed by police on July 1.

The six police officers involved say Hall had a knife, and was acting aggressively.

Friday night, another group held an anti-violence rally where they talked about Hall's death.

Aside from all the local attention, the Hall case is in the national spotlight as well.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson was recently in Saginaw.

Saturday the Reverend Al Sharpton is scheduled to be in town as well.

ABC12 is still waiting on a final ruling from the Saginaw County prosecutor as to whether the police officers were justified, or if excessive force was used.
