(09/13/12) - Saginaw leaders are planning a protest in the Milton Hall case.

ABC12 has learned Saginaw leaders have started a local chapter of the National Action Network, a civil rights organization started by Rev. Al Sharpton.

The group is planning to protest in Saginaw on Sept. 28.

Milton Hall was killed on July 1 by Saginaw Police in the parking lot of Riverview Plaza near downtown Saginaw.

On Wednesday, Saginaw County Prosecutor Mike Thomas announced the six police officers involved in the shooting will not be criminally charged.
