(09/18/12) - Saginaw Police have identified the victim in a Tuesday afternoon shooting as 22-year- old Brian Antonio Kelly, a Saginaw resident.

Investigators found Kelly dead from gunshot wounds to the head inside a home on the 1100 block of Essling shortly after 3:30 p.m.

His death is being treated as a homicide, the city's 17th of the year.

Just feet away from that scene is the site of the Aug. 29 shooting that claimed the life of 6-year-old Layla Jones.

Jones was caught in the cross-fire while walking away from a home on Essling with her dad, who was also injured.

Three people were arrested in connection with the shooting.

Saginaw Police are still looking for a fourth suspect, named Michael Lawrence.
