There is new information in the investigation surrounding Milton Hall, a man who was shot to death by Saginaw police this summer.
SAGINAW (WJRT) -
(09/20/12) - The city of Saginaw is preparing to discipline three police officers for their involvement in the controversial Milton Hall shooting.
City Manager Darnell Earley says they'll announce results of their own internal review into the matter during a press conference planned for Friday morning.
The homeless man was shot and killed by six officers in a parking lot back on July 1.
Last week, the prosecutor announced there would be no criminal charges filed in the case.
