(09/21/12) - Former Saginaw Mayor Gary Loster visited our nation's capital Friday to testify about the Milton Hall shooting before the Congressional Black Caucus.

Detroit-area Congressman John Conyers invited Loster to speak on criminal justice panel in Washington, D.C. to raise national awareness about the incident. During his presentation, Loster played a bystander's video of the shooting and called for an end to police brutality.

ABC12's Washington Correspondent Ted Fioraliso spoke with Loster immediately following his testimony and also got Loster's reaction to the City of Saginaw's disciplinary action for the officers involved in the shooting.
