BAY CITY (WJRT) -
(09/25/12) - McLaren Bay Regional says it has created a task force to look at options to possibly re-open a portion of Brian's House in Bay City.
Changes in Medicare funding forced the hospice to stop accepting new patients.
The hospital is tossing around the idea of re-opening seven of the 19 beds, and using the remaining space for specialty physician offices.
There's also talk of using the building as a cancer center.
No definite decision has been made.
