(09/28/12) - Next week, Bay City could learn the identity of the anchor tenants at the Uptown at RiversEdge Development.
Published reports say the announcement is planned for Tuesday at the future site of the development, an empty lot in front of City Hall.
City Commissioners approved the sale of the property last November for more than $3 million.
The initial plan for Uptown was to build a public plaza and riverwalk, as well as residential, commercial and retail space.
