Grief counselors were at Bentley High School in Burton Wednesday to help students cope with the loss of a classmate.

(10/02/12) - We've learned a 15-year-old Bentley High School girl died Tuesday after being hit by a car while on her way to school.
Police say it happened around 7 a.m. on the corner of Lapeer Road and Munson Street in Burton.
Police aren't releasing her name just yet. She was pronounced dead at 2:15 p.m. at Hurley.
We spoke with their interim superintendent, and he says they'll have counselors on hand for students Wednesday.
The Bentley High School principal will also be addressing students Wednesday. They've been working with the family and trying to help in any way they can.
