(10/08/12) - Flint's Mott Community College held it's 20th annual Peace and Dignity Ceremony Monday morning.
A big crowd was on hand for the campus' signature event commemorating Hispanic Heritage Month.
Organizers say this was a celebration of people of all colors and cultural backgrounds.
A "ceremonial circle" was held, in which it's customary to call in spirits and energies from all directions.
The featured speaker Monday was Wayne Wilson, a member of the Navajo Nation, and a former Mott student.
