FLINT TOWNSHIP (WJRT) -
(10/15/12) - He was convicted in a 2009 murder just last month. Johnnie Johnson will be sentenced Monday afternoon.
The victim, Demario Dupree, was shot and killed outside 'Club What's Next' in Flint Township that June.
Testimony at trial showed this was a retaliatory killing for 2006 murder.
Johnson is also awaiting trial in the 2007 shooting death of Margaret Ernest, a bus driver for the Westwood Heights school district. Police have said she was not the intended target.
