FLINT (WJRT) -
(10/15/12) - A Flint man who is already in prison and just recently charged in a 2009 murder, is now facing charges in another shooting death.
Cleveland Stinnett III has been charged in the 1999 murder of 16-year-old Lawrence Harrington in Flint.
Harrington was killed in the 2500 block of Lippincott, on the city's south side.
In August, Stinnett was charged in the 2009 murder of Jermaine Randall.
Randall was also shot on Lippincott.
The charges came out of an investigation by Flint Police and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force.
