BAY COUNTY (WJRT) -
(10/17/12) - A head-on crash in Bay County claimed the life of a 22-year-old man from Hemlock.
Sheriff deputies say David Premo was killed when his car crossed the center line.
It happened on Mackinaw near Hotchkiss in Monitor Township.
The woman in the other car was hurt, but not seriously.
The crash was reported around 5 Tuesday afternoon.
