BURTON (WJRT) -

(10/17/12) - The Detroit Tigers quest for the World Series was on hold Wednesday. The Tigers hoped to wrap things up with a big game four win, but the threat of rain over Comerica Park has delayed the game by a day.

Fans at Puzzler's Pub in Burton were disappointed, but they still have faith their team will sweep New York.

"We have the best team in all of baseball and we're about to win it all, I'm so excited," said Matt Alamasy.

"I'm pretty pumped for Detroit, they're doing a lot for the city right now, Detroit's been through its ups and downs, it's good to see them representing us pretty good," said Adam Monroe.

"I'm slightly nervous, the Yankees are slightly unpredictable even though I know the Tigers have everything it takes to win the World Series," said Bradley Gear.
