(10/18/12) - The men's club hockey team, at Central Michigan University, will receive a three year suspension for underage drinking and hazing violations - instead of a five year suspension.
The violations stem from an off campus party held last month, at a house where several players lived.
The office of student life heard an appeal to their original suspension Wednesday.
The board re-evaluated their punishment and shortened the suspension period.
