(10/21/2012) -- A baby boy, found wandering around a vacant lot Sunday afternoon, is with his grandmother while police and child protective services continue to investigate how he ended up outside and alone.
Michigan State Police say someone, cutting grass, noticed the 19-month-old boy walking alone in the Oak Hill Estates mobile home park Sunday afternoon. That's near Holly in Oakland County.
Police brought him to Genesys Hospital and eventually located his mother.
Police say the boy lives in the mobile home park with his mother, but the child is now with his grandmother while the investigation continues.
