(10/23/12) - A Mid-Michigan waste collection company is scheduled to go up for auction next month.
Richfield Management in Flint filed for bankruptcy in September.
Last week, we told you about two companies interested in purchasing the business - Halton Recycling of Canada and Rizzo Services.
Tuesday, at a hearing, a third buyer came forward.
Another hearing is scheduled Nov. 6 at 10 a.m.
An auction site hasn't been determined yet.
