(10/24/12) - A jury has been seated in the trial of a Mt. Morris man accused of sexually abusing his infant daughter.
Daniel Hall and his wife Alisha Hall both face criminal sexual conduct and child pornography charges.
Investigators say Alisha recorded Daniel sexually abusing their then 6-month-old daughter.
The assistant prosecutor on the case made his opening statement Wednesday, but Daniel's defense attorney reserved his.
Jury selection begins Thursday for Alisha Hall's trial.
