Representative Dale Kildee has held the seat since he was first elected in 1976. Earlier this year, Kildee announced he was retiring.

Now, Republican Jim Slezak and Democrat Dan Kildee are vying for that seat.

Thursday night, they debated on ABC12. The candidates answered questions submitted by you on, Facebook, and on video.

The polls are open from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Nov. 6.
