FLINT (WJRT) -
(11/05/12) - A Flint toddler remains in critical condition this afternoon after being badly injured last week.
Police have said they believe he was beaten.
They said, last week, they wanted to talk to the boy's mother's boyfriend.
Police confirm they have that man in custody and are seeking charges against him.
UPDATE 11:58pm:
Flint police say a warrant has been issued against the 33 year old man charging him with 1st degree child abuse.
He's expected to face a judge soon.
The toddler remains in critical condition.
