(11/04/12) - Those looking to do business at the Secretary of State on Election Day may want to pick another day.
Election day is a state employee holiday, therefore many government offices will be closed on Tuesday. However, a select few secretary of state offices will be open in Mid-Michigan.
The following locations will be open for Mid-Michigan residents needing to do urgent business with the Secretary of State offices. The Flint area super center on Fenton Road in Flint will be open.
The Bay plus center on N. Euclid Ave, in Bay City, and the Lapeer County Plus located at 301 W. Genesee Street, Suite 105, in Lapeer will also be open on Election Day.
