ISABELLA COUNTY (WJRT) -
(11/19/12) - An Isabella County man is facing an attempted murder charge after shooting into a car at people.
David Osborne of Farwell went before a judge for the first time Monday.
The altercation happened Saturday night in Gilmore Township.
Three people were inside the car at the time of the shooting.
State Troopers say the victims had 'turfed' the suspects lawn in the car earlier that day, driving on it.
The suspect asked them to come back, and when they did, he fired several shots at the car in retaliation.
No one was hurt.
Investigators say the suspect was drunk.
