FRANKENMUTH (WJRT) -
(11/19/12) - Monday, the Frankenmuth Brewery celebrated its 150th anniversary with a "prost" - a German toast.
The brewery is celebrating with a special brew called Frankenmuth Dark. It includes some of a 50-year-old batch of beer originating in the 1940s.
The brewery says it will produce nearly 2,000 bottles.
Some will be sold at the brewery starting Tuesday, and the rest will be available at retailers early next month.
