SAGINAW (WJRT) -
(11/20/12) - Saginaw City Council has approved the purchase of projectile launchers for police.
The bean bag guns are not lethal and will be carried in squad cars, driven by the department's supervisors.
The weapon is like a shot gun and fires both gas canisters and non-lethal projectiles.
