Second man faces charges in 2007 shooting death - ABC 12 – WJRT – Flint, MI

(11/20/12) - Another man now faces charges tied to the May 2007 shooting death of 44-year-old Margaret Ernest.

The Westwood Heights school bus driver was shot while standing on her porch.

Flint Police have said she was not the intended target.

Twenty-two-year-old Dana Brown now faces two counts of first degree murder and two gun charges in the case.

Police tell ABC12, Brown is in prison in another state. Authorities in Flint are working to get him back to Michigan.

Thirty-one-year-old Jonnie Johnson Junior, just sentenced to life in prison without parole, in another murder, recently pleaded guilty to a reduced charge in Ernest's death.

He will be sentenced in her case in January.
